Description

No. 3 The Cross is a house that dates from the 18th century, featuring a painted brick refacing of a 17th century timber-framed structure. It has an L-shaped plan and is two stories tall, topped with a modern plain tile roof that is hipped at the angle. There is a brick band at the first floor level. The front has a three-window range with modern casement windows. The ground floor windows and the central door have cambered head surrounds. At the back, there is a rear wing with stacks on the north wall and the east end wall.
