Description

Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th to 17th century, built with a timber frame and painted brick panels. It has an L-shaped plan and is two stories high, topped with a plain tile roof. The main south range features a west end wall stack, while the rear range has a large east side-wall stack. The building has gable ends, with the east gable jettied and both the north and east gables supported by tension braces. The windows are arranged in an irregular casement style. There is a small wooden hood on brackets above the door at the north end. Manor Farmhouse is part of a group with the houses at The Cross.
