Description

This granary, located about 25 metres south-east of The Leasowes Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century and has some repairs from the late 19th century. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and sits on a brick plinth, with stone below the sill beam. The roof is pyramidal and covered with tiles. The framing consists of a single rectangular panel that is high, supported by straight tension braces.
