Barn and adjoining out-buildings. Early C19. Brick with plain tiled roof and gable-end parapets. Five bays aligned north/south; wagon bays in second and fourth bays with opposed cart entries. Header ventilation courses, diaper ventilation patterns at gable ends and modillion eaves cornice. West side elevation has an 8-pane window and a doorway, both have cambered heads. Hipped- roofed single-storey addition at south end has large archway with semi-circular head in its west elevation and a small lean-to on its south side which has a west archway with a cambered head. Large five-bay single-storey range adjoins to north-east, also adjoining range of out-buildings to south-east; both are similarly detailed to the barn. The C20 additions at trim centre of the east elevation are not of special architectural interest. This substantial barn and adjoining out-buildings is prominently situated adjoining the main Kidderminster Road opposite Woodoote Manor House (qv).
