It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a low-pitched slate roof with gable-end stacks. The building has three storeys and three windows on the front facade. The two outer windows are 16-pane sashes, while the central window is a glazing bar sash. On the second storey, there are windows with 12 and 8 panes. The ground floor has a central entrance that includes a doorcase with engaged Doric columns supporting an open pediment, a radially glazed fanlight, and a half-glazed door.
