Description
This building is a farm structure that has been converted into a garage and garden seat, located to the northwest of Wightwick Manor. It dates from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of brick with tile hanging and timber framing, featuring some 18th-century brickwork in Flemish garden wall bond at the rear, and has a tile roof. Designed in the Vernacular Revival style, it is a single-storey structure. The front of the building has three pairs of doors separated by rounded piers, and there is a blocked opening at the left end that has been fitted with a window featuring small-paned iron glazing. The left side has a tile-hung strip beneath a timber-framed gable, which includes two leaded lights, while a central glazed-brick recess contains a high-backed seat.
