Description

No. 30 Snow Hill is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is built of painted brick with stone dressings and features a tiled roof with a brick chimney. The building stands three storeys high and has a two-window range. The top frieze and cornice have been replaced. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front, while the first floor features windows with rusticated wedge lintels and fluted keystones, although the sashes have been removed. The second floor retains 10-pane sash windows. There is an end stack. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a surviving row from the 18th century.
