Description
No. 11 Lower Rushall Street is a house, now used as a workshop, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of pebbledashed brick and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and four bays, with sash windows that have segmental heads. On the ground floor, there is a central doorway flanked by wide stucco lintels that have chamfered voussoirs and fluted keystones. The left-hand lintel now sits over a 20th-century doorway, while the right-hand one is above a blocked opening. The doorway itself has a round head and a timber doorcase adorned with reeded pilasters, paterae, and an open pediment. The door consists of eight raised and fielded panels. The gables are topped with chimneys and crow-stepped brick copings.
