House. c1830. Brick with some painted stone or stucco dressings. Hipped slate roof. EXTERIOR: symmetrical, of 2 storeys and 3 bays. The ground-floor windows are bowed glazing bar sashes with a raised geometrical pattern on their friezes. The 1st floor windows are glazing bar sashes and have a sill band, and rusticated lintels. The doorcase has engaged fluted columns with enriched capitals, oval and circular bosses on the frieze, and panelled reveals. The overlight is glazed with margin panes and a concave-sided lozenge. The lower part of the door is covered by an applied panel and the upper part has 4 raised and fielded panels. The gutter is carried on rectangular brackets. One chimney to left and 2 to right.
