Description

No. 93 Lawrence Street is a house dating from around 1830. It is constructed of brick with some painted stone or stucco dressings and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a symmetrical design, consisting of two storeys and three bays.

On the ground floor, the windows are bowed glazing bar sashes that have a raised geometrical pattern on their friezes. The first-floor windows are also glazing bar sashes, featuring a sill band and rusticated lintels. The doorcase includes engaged fluted columns with enriched capitals, as well as oval and circular bosses on the frieze and panelled reveals. The overlight above the door is glazed with margin panes and a concave-sided lozenge. The lower part of the door is covered by an applied panel, while the upper part has four raised and fielded panels. The gutter is supported by rectangular brackets. There is one chimney on the left side and two on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
