Description

The Vicarage is a late 18th-century building located on Brinklow Road in Binley. It features a west block with cement rendering and a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. The structure is two storeys high and includes two full-height canted bays with sash windows that have glazing bars, as well as a cornice. The front block dates back to the 16th century and has been altered; it also stands two storeys tall and has two gables on the right side, with casement windows. There is a 19th-century porch adorned with ornamental bargeboards. Inside, there is a 16th-century stone chimneypiece and a very fine mid-18th-century carved wood chimneypiece in Rococo design located in the drawing room. The Church and Vicarage are part of a group.
