Description

No. 109 Gough Road is a detached villa built around 1850. It stands two storeys high and features a rendered exterior with a symmetrical three-bay front, plus an additional fourth bay designed in the same style. The villa has a hipped slate roof with dentilled flat eaves and corniced chimneys. The windows are sash style, framed with architraves and adorned with anthemion consoles that support pediments. A broad porch with Ionic columns and pilasters on the wall leads to a two-panel door, which is flanked by sidelights and topped with a narrow rectangular fanlight.
