Description
Nos 5 and 7 Soho Road are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the mid-19th century. They are physically attached on the left to No 3 Soho Road. The houses are constructed of stucco and have a slate roof. They rise two storeys plus a basement and a later attic, featuring six bays. The doors are located in the outer bays and have segment-headed fanlights and cornices supported by brackets, accessed by steps. The basement has segment-headed openings, while the ground floor windows are also segment-headed and framed with bracketed cornices. The first floor features six arched windows within moulded surrounds, each with panelled aprons resting on the cornices of the ground floor windows. The attic includes six four-light mullioned windows set into the eaves frieze. The eaves cornice is dentilled and moulded.
