Description
No. 3 Soho Road is a mid-19th century building constructed of painted brick with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features three bays. The ground floor has two windows set within moulded eared surrounds, each topped with large cornices. The entrance door is accessed by steps and has a segment-headed fanlight, flanked by pilasters that support a bracketed cornice with vermiculated rustication below. The first floor contains three segment-headed windows, also with moulded eared surrounds, which rest on a moulded sill band. Each window has an apron that sits on the cornices of the windows and door below, and there is an eaves frieze adorned with three foliage panels. A bracketed eaves cornice completes the design. This house is physically attached to Nos. 5 and 7 Soho Road.
