Description
32 King Edward's Road is an early 19th-century building located in the City Centre of Birmingham. It is constructed of red brick on a blue brick plinth, featuring stone dressings. The building stands three storeys tall and has eight bays arranged in a rhythm of 3:1:1:2:1. The ground floor includes five windows, a segment-headed archway, and another window. Both the first and second floors have eight windows each, positioned on plain stone bands. All windows are fitted with iron glazing bars, with three panes deep on the ground and second floors (the ground floor panes are partly blocked) and four panes deep on the first floor, all topped with gauged brick heads. The building is finished with a blue brick eaves cornice. On the side facing Edward Street, there are nine bays that follow a similar design but include a basement with iron grilles, and three of the bays are blank.
