Description

This is a circa 1780 row of canal housing, now comprising two properties, and restored in 1969. The building is constructed of rendered brick and has two storeys. The façade facing Kingston Row features an irregular arrangement of sash windows. The roof is of slate, with a low pitch and shallow eaves. The east elevation has a regular arrangement of four bays, with one projecting as a wing and a shallow gable. This wing has arched openings on each of its faces, creating open ground floor access.
