Description
The Edgbaston Health Clinic, originally built as Penderell in 1906 by C L Ball, is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed of red brick featuring some polychrome diaperwork beneath the coved eaves supported by iron brackets. The roof is tiled and hipped, adorned with tall chimneys that have arched panels. The building has a roughly L-shaped plan, with the entrance located within an altered glazed porch set diagonally at the corner. The windows are all wooden casements with leaded lights, primarily arranged as three-light windows, some with transoms, and one four-light window with a transom. Gabled dormer windows are present in the roof.
