Description

Winterbourne is a building located at No 58 Edgbaston Park Road in Edgbaston, constructed in 1903 by C L Ball for John S Nettlefold. It features brickwork laid in both English and Flemish bond, with a tiled roof that has pebbledashed coving and gutters supported by thin iron brackets. The building has two storeys plus an attic and consists of three bays, with the central bay recessed. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay window, and the roof includes two dormer windows, with the outer ones gabled. The right dormer has a gabled two-storeyed porch with a simple door. All windows are casements with leaded lights and wooden mullions, and some also include transoms.
