Description

The Equestrian Statue of George I is a bronze statue of King George I, attributed to the artist J van Ost (Nost) the Elder. This statue was originally installed on Essex Bridge, now known as Grattan Bridge, in Dublin in 1722. It is located on University Road in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
