Description

HANDSWORTH WOOD ROAD 1. 5104 Handsworth B20 No 126 (Browne's Green Lodge) SP 09 SW 2/6 II 2. Late C19 cottage ornée. Square in plan with rendered walls and overhanging tiled roof supported on the trunks between which branches are arranged to form rough ogee arches. Entrance facade with a central ogee headed door and 2 ogee headed casement windows with Y-tracery. On the left hand return, 2 similar windows but without wooden outer frames. To the left, a modern extension.
