Description
Browne's Green Lodge is a late 19th-century cottage ornée located at No. 126 Handsworth Wood Road in Handsworth. The building has a square plan, with rendered walls and an overhanging tiled roof. The roof is supported by tree trunks, between which branches are arranged to create rough ogee arches. The entrance facade features a central door with an ogee head and two ogee-headed casement windows that have Y-tracery. On the left side of the building, there are two similar windows, but these do not have wooden outer frames. To the left, there is a modern extension.
