Description

No. 135 Handsworth Wood Road is an early 20th-century building designed by Joseph Crouch and Edmund Butler. It features a brick plinth, stucco exterior, and a tiled roof. The structure is two storeys plus an attic and has two bays. The left bay is a broad canted bay, while the right bay includes a porch with a door that has original wrought iron fittings, flanked by short stumpy columns. Both the ground and first floors of the left bay have a band of windows with leaded lights. The interior retains original fittings, including copper fireplace hoods, crafted by the Bromsgrove Guild.
