Description

Number 12 on Mulroy Road is a building designed by C E Bateman around 1900. It is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof that has a hipped section on the left, topped with a small finial. The building has two storeys and features three flush lattice casement windows. On the ground floor, there is a projecting pentice roof over the porch and two canted bay windows.
