Description

Nos 94 and 96 Hagley Road are an early 19th-century pair of semi-detached houses that are symmetrical in design. They are constructed of stucco and have a slate roof. Each house has two storeys and three bays. On the ground floor, there is a sash window that is four panes wide for each house. The entrance to No 94 features a pedimented doorcase with Soanian incised decoration and is flanked by two later canted bay windows. The entrance to No 96 mirrors that of No 94, along with another four-pane sash window. The first floor contains six sash windows arranged in the pattern of three, three, four, four, three, and three panes wide. To the left of No 94, there is a recessed two-storey addition that includes an entrance and a large bay window at the first-floor level.
