Description
Nos 384 and 385, known as Cranmore, are a pair of houses built around 1800, located at the end of a row on the east side of Holt Ham Green. They are constructed from limestone ashlar and feature a stone slate roof with coped verges and gable end stacks made of stone and brick. The buildings are two stories high and have a total of six windows.
No 384 has a four-panelled door set in a glazed gabled porch, with a 20th-century square bay window to the right and a 12-pane sash window with margin panes to the left. No 385 features a central six-panelled door with a flat stone hood supported by brackets, flanked by two 12-pane sash windows. There is a plat band at the first floor level, with three sash windows on each house. Both the left and right returns have a sash window on the first floor. There is a 20th-century addition to the right of No 385. The front of the houses is adorned with cast-iron railings and single gates that have hooped tops.
