Description
Nos 11, 13, and 15 Gerrard Street are a group of three dwellings dating back to the 18th century. The building is constructed of red brickwork and extends to two storeys with an attic. It features metal casement windows set within transomed and mullioned wooden frames. The entrances are topped by flat stucco arches with keyblocks, while semi-circular-headed stucco arches adorn the doorways and a slender cornice runs along the eaves. There is a plinth at ground level. The roof is finished with old tiles and features two gabled dormers, one in each of two box shapes. Nos 11 to 17 (odd numbers) form a cohesive group.
