Description

No. 24 Smith Street is a 17th-century, two-story house constructed of square timber framing with plaster infilling. The house has two flush gables, and remnants of its original, enriched barge boards remain. Old tiles cover the roof. A fairly inoffensive modern plate glass shopfront has been inserted. A 19th-century casement window and a sash window are located on the first floor. Numbers 4 to 28 (even) form a group.
