Description

A circa mid-19th century neo-Tudor range originally comprising three tenements, now used as two dwellings. The building features exposed timber framing with rendered infill panels. It has a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends that overhang the ground floor on brackets. The west elevation has a central, projecting double-gabled bay, with two smaller gables to the left and one small gable to the right. A sandstone plinth runs along the base. The building is one storey high with an attic. Windows are predominantly one, two, or three-light casements with leaded lights containing diamond-shaped panes. A central brick chimney stack has four octagonal shafts, and a brick stack is located at the north end.
