Description
Bericote Farmhouse is a red brick house dating from the late 18th century. It features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends and a brick modillion eaves cornice with an entablature above. There is a string band at the first floor level. The house is two storeys and an attic high, with three bays. The central entrance has a six-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight and a flat canopy hood. On either side of the door are segmental headed windows; there is a sash window to the south and a pair of casements to the north, both with glazing bars. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, also with glazing bars. At the rear, there is a slightly later two-storey and attic gabled addition.
