Description

Trinity Cottage is a timber-framed cruck cottage dating from the early 17th century, which has been encased in red brick from the 18th century. It features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends and is built on sandstone foundations. The cottage has two storeys and includes two oak plank doors, with the door on the right having an open gabled timber porch. There are four 2-light and one 3-light casements with glazing bars, all set under segmental brick arches on the ground floor. The first floor has two 2-light and two 4-light casements, also with glazing bars. The building is topped with three brick chimney stacks.
