Description

Number 7 on Castle Street is a 17th century timber-framed house that was refaced with red brick in the 18th or early 19th century. The timber framing with brick nogging is exposed on the south side wall. It has an old tiled roof and stands two storeys high with two gables. The windows feature metal casements that are flush set under cambered arches. This building, along with numbers 5 and 9, forms a group.
