Description

The Gold Cup Inn, located at 6 Castle Street, dates back to the 18th century and has undergone some alterations. The building features stucco chamfered quoins and a rusticated base that is likely made of painted stone. It has an old tiled roof and stands two storeys high, complete with cornice moulding. Each floor has double sash windows with two lights, a mullion, and a rusticated head with a keyblock. The upper window includes glazing bars. To the right, there is a six-fielded panel door with a blocked oblong fanlight above it.
