Description
Ashow Village Club and the adjoining cottage (Number 10) are 18th century red brick cottages. They have a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends and feature a string band at the first floor level. The building is one storey with an attic and stands on a high sandstone ashlar plinth. At the ground floor, there are four two-light casement windows with glazing bars, each set under segmental brick arches. A set of steps leads up to a plank door, which is also located under a segmental brick arch. At the eaves level, there are three gabled dormers, each with two-light casements that include glazing bars. The structure is topped with two brick chimney stacks.
