66 and 66A Smith Street is a late 18th-century building featuring a three-storey brick facade with two windows. Notable architectural details include a pedimented doorcase with console brackets, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel door located on the left side. The facade also has two plain modern shop windows and stone flat arches above the upper sashes, which include keystones. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of Smith Street, ranging from Nos 54 to 76.
