Description
The Canal Office, located approximately 1 meter northwest of Lock 21 on the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal, is a building likely dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of purple brick with a slate roof and features a brick lateral stack at the rear. The building is arranged at a right angle to the canal and consists of a two-storey, single-bay section on the right and a single-storey, two-bay section on the left. There is a plank door on the ground floor to the right and another plank door on the first floor at the right return. The windows are irregularly arranged casements. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
