Description
This is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Smith Street. It is listed partly due to its small segmental bow window. The front is constructed of red brick and extends three storeys in height. It features two sash windows with glazing bars, each topped with a flat arch. A modern shop occupies the left side of the building, featuring a projecting fascia panel. The building forms a group with numbers 40 and 42 on Smith Street.
