Description

Cumsey Cottage is a 16th-century cottage located in Pinley Green. It features a stone plinth and large timber-framing with rendered infill, topped by an old plain-tile roof and a brick ridge stack at the center. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range, likely following a two-unit lobby-entry plan. There is a 20th-century door leading to a 20th-century porch at the center, a single-light casement window to the right, and a two-light casement window to the left. It also has two gabled dormers, each with 20th-century two-light casement windows. The interior has not been inspected, and there is a 20th-century addition to the right.
