Description

This gatepier, located approximately 23 meters southeast of Chadshunt Hall, dates from the early 18th century and is constructed from limestone ashlar. It features a moulded plinth and cornice, with a projecting face on each side that has five alternating small and large fielded panels. At the top, there is a shallow gadrooned urn finial on a fluted stem. The gatepier may have been reset at some point. It is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby Chadshunt Hall.
