Description

This gatepier, located approximately 40 meters northeast of The Old Rectory, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from lias ashlar and features a rectangular shape with a moulded stone cornice topped by an urn. The gatepier has projecting jambs with moulded stone copings and wooden gates. It forms a pair with another gatepier located about 45 meters northeast of The Old Rectory.
