Description

This is a farmhouse dating from around 1800. It is built of brick in a Flemish garden wall bond pattern, with a plinth and stone-coped gables. The roof is slate, laid in diminishing courses, and includes a brick stack on the left end. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has a three-window front. The central bay slightly projects and features a blocked lunette within a simple pediment. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with a fanlight above, sheltered by a gabled hood supported on brackets. Modern windows are set within the original openings, each with a segmental brick arch; the side windows are three-light and the central window is two-light. The interior has not been inspected.
