Description

Corner Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with a later addition, located in Admington. It features a timber-frame structure with painted brick infill and a plastered addition, topped with half-hipped thatch roofs and a brick end stack. The building has a single-unit plan with a lower addition to the right and a gable facing the front to the right.

The exterior is a single storey plus an attic and has a two-window range. There is a 20th-century entrance with a canopy and a small window to the right. The addition has an entrance with a 20th-century door and a window to the left, along with a two-light 20th-century leaded casement. There are also two raking roof dormers featuring 20th-century three-light leaded casements. The stack is located at the right end of the original cottage. The rear includes a 20th-century flat-roofed addition and two raking dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
