Description
Ye Old Cidermill is a house dating from the 17th century, with restorations from the 20th century. It is built of coursed limestone rubble, which is now rendered, and features a steeply pitched thatched roof with a projecting stone end stack that has a brick shaft. The building is in an L-plan layout and consists of a single storey plus an attic, with a four-window range.
The entrance is located to the right of the center and features a plank door set in a wooden frame. To the left of the entrance are three late 20th-century canted oriel windows, while to the right is a single window with a two-light small-paned casement. The building also has three late 20th-century dormers, with one dormer located in the rear range to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
