Description

The wall and lychgate, located approximately 21 metres south of the porch of the Church of All Saints, were constructed in the early 19th century, with the lychgate dating to 1884. The brick wall is about 1 metre high and is built in Flemish garden wall bond, featuring chamfered stone coping. It extends roughly 60 metres, enclosing the southern part of the churchyard. There is a later 19th-century limestone stile. The timber lychgate has a plain-tile gabled roof, with decorative timber gables and gates. This structure is included for its group value.
