Description
This is a farmhouse with an attached outbuilding range, located approximately 60 meters east-southeast of the chancel of the Church of St Lawrence. The building dates from the late 17th century to the early 18th century and is constructed from squared coursed limestone, featuring quoins and coped gables. It has stone-slate and slate roofs with stone end stacks and an L-shaped plan. The farmhouse is two storeys plus an attic and has a two-window range of three-light casements with wooden lintels. There is a six-panelled door in an early 19th-century rendered two-storey range. At the rear, there is a 18th-century stone gabled range that is one storey with an attic, as well as a stone outbuilding range that was altered in the 19th century. Inside, the farmhouse includes a chamfered spine beam and a large open fireplace with a timber bressumer. The outbuilding also features a chamfered spine beam.
