Description

An 18th-century barn stands approximately 10 metres north of Oak Farmhouse, formerly shown on Ordnance Survey maps as Sambourne Oak Farm. The barn is timber-framed and has weatherboarding, with a tile roof. It comprises three bays, and has a central doorway. A 6-panelled door has been inserted into the right side of the barn. Several 20th-century windows have been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected. The barn is included on the list for group value.
