Description

The Croft is a semi-detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed ironstone, with the right return side made of rubble. The roof is covered with cement slate and features a 20th-century brick end stack. The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. The entrance is located in the right corner and has a flush door. There is a mid to late 19th-century timber hood that has been converted into an open-fronted porch. The ground floor has 19th-century casement windows with painted rough wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
