SP15NW Barn immediately north-east of 1931-1/1/3 Billesley Manor Hotel 05/04/67 (Formerly Listed as: Two barns at east of Billesley Manor)

Barn and stable. C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed blue lias rubble; steeply pitched renewed tile roof. Long rectangular plan of 8 bays. EXTERIOR: south elevation has 2 entrances to threshing floors with brick segmental heads with key blocks over paired plank doors. Single storey projecting bay to west has entrance with plank door and pitching hole with pegged frame. Segmental-headed window with brick head over 3-light casement to right. Ventilation slits. North elevation has similar barn entrances, one retaining doors, one blocked, with pitching hole between; west end has stable door with window to left and pitching hole above. INTERIOR: queen post trusses with principals ending above purlins, roof to west end has cut tie beams and queen posts resting on first floor.
