Description

This headstone, dated 1683, is located approximately 2 meters south of the west tower of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. It is made of ironstone and features a scroll top with festoons. The inscription reads: "TO THE/MEMORY OF/JOHN VEALE/WHO DECEA/SED APRIL THE 23 AND/DOM 1683/AGED 72".
