Description
This is a barn located approximately 30 meters south-west of Top Farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber frame set on a stone plinth, with weatherboarding covering some brick infill and a stone slate roof. The barn has a five-bay structure that includes two threshing floors, along with a small two-bay addition at the west end. There are also 20th-century stables attached to the east end. The roof trusses consist of braced tie beams, collars, and struts. The addition has an open front supported by two posts, one resting on a stone pad, and features a collar and tie beam truss. The interior has not been inspected.
