The headstone and footstone, located approximately 2 metres north of the Church of St George in Newbold Pacey, date from the late 17th century and early 18th century. They are made of ashlar stone. The headstone features a bolection-moulded architrave surrounding an illegible inscription. It has a nowy-headed top adorned with a cherub and flanked by skulls, although one skull is missing.
