Description
Park Bridge spans the River Dene and was built in 1867. It is constructed of ashlar stone and wrought iron. The bridge features a segmental arch with a fluted key, flanked by similar flood arches. A roll-moulded cornice extends over the abutments, curving forward on either side. The parapets are adorned with intersecting arcading and fluted console-piers that end in scrolls. Wrought-iron gates are located at the south end of the bridge. This property is owned by the National Trust.
