SP15NW Farm building approx. 10m north of 1931-1/1/6 Billesley Manor Hotel 15/12/97

GV II

Farm building. C18 with later alterations. Coursed blue lias rubble, the ends timber-framed with brick infill; half-hipped tile roof. 2-bay structure with single-storey rear range projecting to right. EXTERIOR: top modillioned brick cornice. Entrance to front; returns have square framing, each with 2 entrances to ground floor and loading door to loft. Single-storey range has rubble infill and upper lights between timber posts and entrance with plank door; right end entrance under gablet. INTERIOR: tie beam and collar truss. Included for group value with Billesley Manor Hotel and barn (qv).
