Farm Building Approximately 10 Metres North Of Billesley Manor Hotel

This is a farm building dating from the 18th century, located approximately 10 meters north of Billesley Manor Hotel. The structure is made of coursed blue lias rubble, with timber-framed ends that have brick infill, and features a half-hipped tile roof. It consists of a two-bay design with a single-storey rear range that projects to the right.

On the exterior, there is a top modillioned brick cornice. The front has an entrance, while the returns feature square framing, each with two ground floor entrances and a loading door to the loft. The single-storey range has rubble infill and upper lights situated between timber posts, along with an entrance that has a plank door; the right end has an entrance beneath a gablet.
